This class will be using hands on teaching, Raw breaks down techniques and concepts from breaking, acrobatics, and contortion to help movement artists expand their minds, challenge their bodies, and discover new creative flows. Specialized strength and conditioning training combined with innovative concepts helps you learn to maintain control and alignment while moving through difficult shapes, patterns, and environments.

Age/Level/Pre-req: Open level, open style, all ages

Experience recommended: Having the ability to have an open mind
