Thursday June 20th 5pm-6:30pm

All levels class that will provide vocabulary within the foundations of Breaking. Vocabulary provided will include components of Top Rocks, Go Downs, Footwork, Freezes & Powermoves. Students will work on their skills through fun drills and training while learning how to develop self-confidence, discipline, creativity, physical strength and a strong mental attitude. At the end of class students will be able to name and demonstrate all moves taught and learned. For Toprocks, Go Downs and Footwork, students must be able to demonstrate in both directions.
