This class is for anyone that has a basic understanding of Waacking. We will dive into the history and have a brief review of the basic foundations. Please come to class if you want to expand on the basics and to help integrate more of your own movement into your whacking freestyle through concepts and material. If there is time I will teach a small Whacking combo as well!:)
