Adult foundation and grooves

An all-levels class to bring out the groove in you! Learn some of the most foundational and fun party dance and fundamentals moves from the '70's until today. 

Advanced Contemporary:

A class where movers can be challenged by more intricate and expansive choreography. This advanced class focuses on exploring organic movement and storytelling, with attention to technique, control, weight shifts, dynamics, fluidity, and musicality. Previous ballet, jazz, and/or modern training is recommended for this class.

BREAKING CONDITIONING

A class for athletes, dancers and active people of all shapes and sizes to develop the foundational strength and techniques needed to learn more advanced breaking tricks and powermoves. This class is high intensity and not for the faint-of-heart, but if you can sweat through it you might just find yourself doing things you never thought possible. 

House

An all-levels class emphasizing foundation, body mechanics, and creativity. It is designed to help a student find his or her personal expression within the context of the form and culture. The class relies strongly on movement drills to internalize the body mechanics, with occasional sets, games, and choreography used to build creativity and connection between movement.

Intermediate Ballet/Contemporary Technique

A class for experienced dancers looking to further develop their strength, control and technical repertoire. The structure of this class varies from week to week, sometimes focusing more heavily on ballet barre, jazz-based across the floor exercises, or stylized contemporary movement combinations. 

Intermediate/Advanced Contemporary

A class for expression oneself through movement, where we dissect through the layers of the music and push our bodies to reflect what we hear and how we feel. There is never any sort of judgement in the room. It is a class where you can feel free to express and to challenge your mind and body with grounded contemporary movement, technique, and improvisation.
